Ownership
Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights in the Photopip website and editor software — including its source and built code, interface, icons, text, presets, templates and assets — belong to Morling LLC. The Photopip name and logo are its brand identifiers.
Permitted use
You may use the editor free of charge at https://photopip.com to edit your own images. What you create with Photopip is yours; we claim no rights in your images (they are processed on your device by default; only when you use AI cutout (Select Subject, Remove Background, ID photo, product photo), AI removal (objects, people, text, watermarks) or the cloud AI assistant, or attach an image to feedback, is the relevant picture sent to our servers, where an AI model processes it — see the Privacy Policy). You are welcome to describe, review, recommend and link to Photopip, and to use screenshots for commentary.
Prohibited
Without written permission you may not: (1) copy, download or mirror the site's code and assets and offer them on any other domain, server, app or offline package; (2) redistribute, sell, rent or otherwise provide them to third parties; (3) rebrand them, impersonate Photopip or imply an affiliation; (4) remove, alter or obscure copyright notices, build identifiers or other rights-management information; (5) circumvent, disable or remove technological protection measures, including the domain checks in the code; (6) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software except as expressly permitted by law.
Technological protection measures and rights-management information
The domain checks in the site's code are technological protection measures; the copyright notice and build identifier at the top of each code file are rights-management information. Knowingly circumventing the former, or removing or altering the latter, is unlawful (China: Copyright Law of the PRC, Arts. 49, 51 and 53; Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, Art. 24; US: 17 U.S.C. §1201, §1202; EU: Directive 2001/29/EC, Art. 6–7).
Evidence and enforcement
Every release is recorded with the hashes of all its files and its build identifier, which establishes the publication date and the identity of the code. When we find an unauthorized copy, we notify its host, CDN, domain registrar and search engines to remove or disable access to it, and pursue legal remedies.

禁止的行为
未经书面许可，禁止：（1）复制、下载或镜像本站的代码与资源，并在其他域名、服务器、应用或离线包中提供；（2）再分发、出售、出租或以其他方式向第三方提供；（3）改名换牌、冒充或暗示与本站存在关联；（4）删除、修改或遮盖版权声明、构建编号等权利管理信息；（5）避开、破坏或移除技术保护措施（包括代码中的域名校验）；（6）法律明确允许之外的反向工程、反编译或反汇编。

本站代码中的域名校验属于技术保护措施；每个代码文件开头的版权声明与构建编号属于权利管理信息。故意避开或破坏前者、删除或改变后者，均构成违法行为（《中华人民共和国著作权法》第四十九条、第五十一条、第五十三条；《计算机软件保护条例》第二十四条；美国 17 U.S.C. §1201, §1202；欧盟 Directive 2001/29/EC, Art. 6–7）。
存证与维权
每次发布均留存全部文件的哈希与构建编号，可证明发布时间与代码同一性。发现未经授权的副本，我们将通知其托管商、CDN、域名注册商与搜索引擎删除或断开链接，并依法追究法律责任。
